How quickly will I hear back?
Every inquiry gets a personal reply within one business day. If you need a faster answer — a listing hitting the market this week — call or text the studio line and we'll route it right away.
Can I send photos?
Yes, please. Replying to our first email is the easiest way. For stagings, room-by-room photos of the empty or occupied home help us quote accurately. For design, even phone snaps of what's working and what's not go a long way.
Are consultations free?
Initial 30-minute phone or video consultations are free. In-home consultations are billed at a flat rate that's credited back against any project we book with you inside 60 days.
Do you work with agents as a retainer?
Yes — for agents who list three or more homes with us a year, we'll set up a simplified engagement with priority scheduling and streamlined pricing. Mention it in your note if that's a fit.
Is Oakhouse licensed and insured?
Yes. Oakhouse Interiors is an LLC based in Durham, fully insured (general liability and inventory), and registered with the NC Secretary of State. Certificates of insurance are available for agents and brokerages that need them on file.
