Pre-visit consult
30-minute video call. We look at photos, you describe what's not working, we agree on the rooms in scope.
Plan + targeted buy
Within a week, you get a rearrangement plan and a small list of new pieces (under $1,500 typical) we'll bring on the day.
Install day
Four to eight hours. We rearrange furniture, hang art, restyle surfaces, and bring in the new pieces.
Light styling buy
Throw pillows, lamps, accessories, art — the small layer that pulls a room together. Included in the project fee, not added on.

Photo intake
You send 8–12 photos of the room from multiple angles. We schedule the consult call.
Plan

Four to eight hours on-site. Furniture moves, new pieces in, full restyle.

How much does a one-day redesign cost?
Flat-fee project pricing, depending on the number of rooms and the size of the targeted buy. We quote on the discovery call. No surprise add-ons — what we quote is what you pay.
Do you work with what we already have?
Yes — that's the whole point of this service. We rearrange, restyle, and supplement. We don't replace anything you don't want replaced.
What kinds of rooms work for this?
Living rooms, primary bedrooms, dining rooms, and home offices most often. Kitchens and bathrooms aren't typically in scope; those need real construction or cabinetry work that doesn't fit a one-day timeline.
Is the new buy included?
A light styling layer (typically $300–$1,000 of accessories) is included. Larger pieces — a new sofa, a rug — we source and bill separately at trade cost. We tell you up front what's included.
How quickly can you do this?
Two to three weeks from inquiry to install day in most cases. We leave one redesign slot per week open in the schedule for fast bookings.
Do you do this outside the Triangle?
Within an hour of Durham — yes. Further than that, we'd ask for travel costs and a two-day install rather than one.
