The project
A walkable two-bedroom in Old North Durham. The agent wanted the staging to read as a home — coffee mugs in the kitchen, a book by the bed, a record on the turntable — rather than the cleared-out neutral that’s standard for the price band. We held the palette warm and the styling specific.
